    Award-Winning Performance at the Covey Center for the Arts

    On Saturday, July 28, 2012, Hunter joined forces with Rosie Lopez (singer/songwriter) to perform at the Covey Center for the Arts in Provo, Utah in the Vocal Sport Singing Competition. Hunter played the music he composed for their song as Rosie sang the lyrics she wrote for it. The two won 3rd place in the competition, and they were the only group performing an original composition.

    On May 12, 2012 Hunter was a featured performer for the Springville Museum of Art's 46th Annual Art Ball, where he wowed attendees. His performance was announced in The Daily Herald. and in The Deseret News


    In Concert - St. George, Utah At The Piano Gallery Recital Hall

    A very special thanks to what used to be The Piano Gallery of Southern Utah, then owned by Paul Anderson of the now world-famous The Piano Guys for the use of their facilities. On Saturday, July 2, 2011 Hunter gave a stunning performance in St. George, which included a selection of his own original music, along with a few of his favorites by Jon Schmidt in The Piano Guys' recital hall.     Hunter appeared in concert at the Springville Museum of Art with an overflow crowd both times he performed here for Springville City's Sunday Concert Series. His most recent performance included his original composition called "Doorways". You can see some of his previous performance, which included " Freedom's Run". He also performed several songs written by Jon Schmidt, including "Tribute," to which Hunter added his own violin arrangement as an adaptation of Jon Schmidt's written oboe part. The violin part was played by Linnea Barnett, a music teacher at Reagan Academy. Hunter wowed the audience with his performance, which also included Jon Schmidt's "Game Day" among others.
