Art City Days Talent Festival
On Saturday, June 4, 2011, Hunter had the opportunity to play at Springville City's Art City Days Talent Festival for the third time in a row. He played an original song he wrote several years ago called "Freedom's Run" and an encore piece called "The Dumb Song," written by Jon Schmidt.
Hunter dedicated his performance that night to his grandfather, John C. Kammerman, who passed away 6 days before. His grandfather loved to hear Hunter play, and "Freedom's Run" was one of his favorites. Hunter had the opportunity to play for his grandfather at the hospital several times before he passed away.

Hunter Gifford In Concert - September 26, 2010
Hunter appeared in concert at the Springville Museum of Art with an overflow crowd. His concert featured Hunter performing many of his own original compositions, including "Freedom's Run". He also performed several songs written by Jon Schmidt, including "Tribute," to which Hunter added his own violin arrangement as an adaptation of Jon Schmidt's written oboe part. The violin part was played by Linnea Barnett, a music teacher at Reagan Academy. Hunter wowed the audience with his performance, which also included Jon Schmidt's "Game Day" among others.
